I'm not playing very often at the moment as I still love my Star Trek, lol. I only downloaded CO yesterday and like what I see, it's similar and yet different enough from STO to keep me busy when I'm all Star Trekked out. I also may have more than one free account in future as there is a 2 character limit, but for now my only @handle in CO is @LordZep, feel free to add me as a friend so we can team up sometime.

I also just created an ingame chat channel for Fleet members and their friends playing Champions Online, just type this into the chatbox:

I have been playing a bit, it is a lot of fun.

My handle is still @EBannion, my two characters are 'Mayfly' and 'Tyrant Battle Unit 12'... level 12 and 14, I think.

One day the Pokeon Trainer May was walking along a stream with her favorite Pokemon, Beautifly, fluttering along beside her. Unexpectedly, a rift in space-time opened up and sucked them both in.

Oddly, when they came out the other end they had been merged into one being. Discovering that having two brains in one body had given her amazing psychic powers, she decided to continue her good works (she had been fighting Team Rocket, back home) and become a superheroine.

Occasionally, when using intense psychic powers (which seem ot be using the second, Pokemon brain) she involuntarily calls out her own name.

The Silicate Armada has been in existence, in the depths of the Galaxy, for millions and millions of years. Originally a battle fleet of a lost civilization, they are now entirely mechanical beings. They inhabit regions of space which are totally inhospitable to organic life due to radiation and other hazards, and send numerous probes out into the rest of the galaxy.

A long, long time ago, one of their probes scanned Earth.

When its data got back to the Armada, they extrapolated from the data collected what would be the most inconspicuous humanoid being, and produced the top 15 models on the premise that one of them should be able to infiltrate whatever civilization might exist.

These 15 units were tasked with the goal of determining if there was anything present on Earth worth stealing, mining, buying, learning, or cooperating with, and proceeding as seemed appropriate.

Clearly, their terribly, terribly outdated information as to the primary residents of the Earth worked to their disadvantage - all 15 units lost contact with each other within minutes of landing.

Unit 12 has determined that humankind has the potential to become great allies of the Armada, and so is supporting the defense of Millennium City. She hopes that she can discover the fate of her lost comrades while defeating the threats which face humanity.

I just started a character named Darren (Darren@nthoctave). He's just an average guy who discovered that he happened to have magical powers one day. So, of course, he made a costume for himself and started fighting bad guys. Duh.

I'm @doogiegood and have a few characters...doogiegood, Orange Flammer, Orange Orgasmo, and a couple more that I can't think of.

I've named my first and currently only toon Alpha Star.

A combination of Northstar (the first openly gay comic super hero to ever exist in mainstream print - Marvel Comics) who happens to be part of a "Canadian Superhero Team" named Alpha Flight.

I made his costume Red & White with a maple leaf on his chest and on his cape. I LOVE IT!!!
