Posted my bio in the group. I'll go ahead and duplicate it here:

T'Nel was born in New Samarkand, Alpha Centauri III, to biologists Vral and T'Lyr in 2360. As a youngster, she constantly asked questions, more so than typical for a Vulcan child. In particular, she struggled to understand the humans who made up the majority of her family's friends and acquaintances. In adolescence, T'Nel attended a Vulcan high school, from which she graduated with highest honors. Upon graduation, she moved on to the Vulcan Science Academy, where she obtained degrees in exobiology, exobotany, and exophysiology.

Towards the end of her time on Vulcan, she shared living quarters with a promising young Betazoid physicist named Taxalwa Kor. While visiting her homeworld, Kor unwittingly contracted an extremely rare case of early-onset Zanthi fever. T'Nel thus experienced Kor's wide-ranging emotions, a deeply troubling experience until Kor's illness was diagnosed and cured. The experience left T'Nel wanting to pursue a career in psychology, to better understand and treat the "emotional mind." Once she completed her studies at the Academy, T'Nel enrolled in the psychology program at the University of Johannesburg on Earth.

One of T'Nel's professors, Dr. Peter Wozniak, thought that her unique background would make her well suited to a career in Starfleet. He urged his student to transfer from the university to Starfleet Academy. T'Nel deemed this a logical step for her career.

T'Nel has just completed her studies, magna cum laude, at Starfleet and is about to take on the assignment of ship's counselor.

Parker is a joined Trill first generation both Host and Symbiont. Parker was raised on Earth by his Trill mother and her Human husband. He took his Stepfathers last name. His childhood was awkward due to his fascination with devices. He was constantly taking things apart and putting them back together. In his teens he would take things apart and instead of put them back together he would modify them and make them better. His father (step) encouraged him in the field of engineering and he was accepted in to the Academy at age 16. He excelled in engineering with a minor in weapon fabrication. During his third year at the academy he was chosen to be joined with the newest generation of symbiont. This first time join for the symbiont was a tricky time and Parker had to take some time away from the academy to complete the transition.

Upon graduating the academy Parker was assigned to an old Galaxy class starship as Chief Engineer. His ship fought the Klingons and Romulans. During his time there he made modifications to the major offensive and defensive systems of the ship to help counter Borg attacks and Romulan Plasma Weaponry.

He was reassigned after 5 years to a Refit Excelsior Class as 1st Officer and fought during the Borg invasion. 2 years on board that ship and he made Captain and was assigned as Captain of a Regent class Assault Cruiser. For this ship he was granted a year in spacedock to refit the weapon and defense systems which included Borg technology and 2 Borg Officers.

Upon the destruction of Romulus he was captured by the Elachi and submitted to their interrogation and tests. He was later rescued by Captain [redacted] and they formed a short but intense liaison. After 6 months that relationship dissolved and he met Eurrsk Ruk and was soon assigned to the Stonewall Fleet where he worked his way through the ranks.

Recently Admiral Nick provided him with a new piece of hardware: The Andromeda Exploration Cruiser. Freshly out of dry dock complete with Parker's own upgrades the Admiral took on a new Captain and issued him the USS Cloudnyne.
