Vanguard vs World vs World

In the events calendar it says that the WvW event starts at 11pm. What timezone is that?

I put it at 11pm my time which is GMT+1 (British Summer Time). I've been told that the time in the event system should show correctly for whatever time zone you're in. Is Belgium GMT+1? :)

No, summer time here is +2. Midnight it is then. I hope the guild chat will work again by then.
