True but that's also when you can give the feeling of knowledge via phone. A short post of "Extending maintenance no ETA" says nothing lol. Don't get me wrong I love this game I just think they need to polish up on their community skills and customer service.
I use a standard keyboard, but I use a Razer Naga mouse. The mouse is not for everyone, but I like the 12-button thumb pad.
Sitting here wondering why they have people with no experience dealing with the community lol. No ETA is ever a response you ever want to give in Technical Support or Customer Service it's basically saying we have no clue what were doing but we are working on it.
While I wait though I am working on my blog lol.
Having worked in technical support for 10 years, I can tell you that "we don't know when it will be fixed, but our people are working on it" is SOOOO much better than "it'll be fixed in 2 hours" and then completely missing that mark.
The reason? Either you can work on it for 2 hours and HOPE that it gets fixed correctly or you can work on it until it's done properly and however long it takes is however long it takes.
