The DIV needs to be tweaked to make it line up right. But, Nick has had more pressing issues that are going to have to be resolved.

Yeah they don't match up. It's a problem with the current template we are using and has been a constant irritation. Sorry!! :(

If you're going to have to go that route, would it be possible to create two general channel like we have on vent? A general and then an 18+?

1) Even when I check "remember me" on the login page, it's not keeping me logged in. I've enabled cookies and other websites seem to remember me, but I need to login here each time I come to visit. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix/adjust this to keep me actually logged in? I'm using Firefox on PC with Windows Vista.

I think this is a problem a lot of people have and isn't to do with your cookies or anything. I'm just not sure what the problem is.

2) How do I change my signature? I figured out how to do it before by going over to the Stonewall Fleet site (following the link in the header) and editing my profile there, however that no longer seems to work.

On the main navigation bar (Home - Welcome Center - Network etc) if you roll over the "Forums" button a drop down should say "Forum Profile" ... click that.

Then there should be a small "Edit" button a little bit down on the right hand side. It should take you to: http://knightsofstonewall.com/forums/forum-profile/edit .

There you just need to click the "Profile Information" tab and scroll down till you see the signature box which is right at the bottom, make your chances and away you go!

I didn't get it to stick for me till I think I tried to post something and had a different login than the first one ask me. The front login on the right is oddly bugged for me anyway the username/pass fields don't line up with the boxes in any browser mac/pc.

Without giving anything away basically people talk to you and you get asked to do things. So to me it felt like to play my character the way I would like to (due to these events) he needed to make life changes and think before he acted.

I know its silly because it's just a game but the story line really has me it's like a movie that I control lol.

I don't think that's silly at all, Jon. I think that's what the game designers intended.

But I'm curious... what's the point of playing a Bounty Hunter that's Light? Why not play a Smuggler?

I'm a bit confused myself on the choices in game. I'm finding myself making choices to get Light points and to gain companion affection, but those aren't the choices I actually WANT to make at times. I have no idea how my choices will affect end-game play, so I'm trying to play "The Good Jedi" role.

What would happen if a Jedi Knight kept choosing Dark Side? Would they eventually be able to convert to a Sith Warrior? I just don't understand the consequences of choices I'm making at this point.

Play a BH till the end of chapter one. Not all Bounty Hunters are dark its a moral line. Dark/Light is more of a moral choice rather than if you are good or evil. On the empire side light choices aren't always the "nicer" way to handle things. When you are prompted to do light or dark it is more of a moral choice time and what we want to do.

There is light sided and Dark side vendors who will give you gear depending on if you meet the requirement like Dark III or Light III. Other than that dark and light is mostly times that just shape your story.

Mako actually has nothing to do with why I am changing. I am Dark 3 and at 5k affection with Mako normally when I do things she doesn't like I just get -1 now. The story line itself is the reason I wanted to start leaning to the light side.

You can not changes sides. The quests for republic and for imperial side are 100% different. A BH can do BH class quests and republic quests. A Smuggler does the smuggler class quests and imperial quests.

There is armor/weapons that requires a certain amount of either light or dark side points. There are no grey rewards. You need to choose dark side or light side and then stick to it, otherwise you will not be able to use these light/dark side armor/weapons.

Mako, the first bounty hunter companion :)! She's a bit of a carebear and has swayed quite a few bounty hunters to the Light Side to unlock her story quests. I'm not a bounty hunter, but I've been grouping with one a lot. Mako rocks.

Awesome!!

A few years back, when I lived in LA, I went to see "Music from the Movies Under the Stars" at Hollywood Bowl, conducted by John Williams.

John Williams at the Hollywood Bowl was always a guaranteed good time. Wish I'd seen that extravaganza, tho. :)

Justjon great post. As I'm in the same boat with my Jedi Knight. Thankfully I'm only lvl 22. I decided to shelf this char and start over. (new JK is lvl 14)

I got very fustrated with going down the dark path as everytime I picked the dark option my companion gave me negative pts. Yes I know I could buy them gifts and yes I could dismiss them before entering a dialog but that was to much to keep remembering and gifts get expensive.

So basically I will eventually delete my dark path toon and stay with the light side one. I know this isn't an option for you as your pretty high up on the lvl. I'm glad I know now that going down the dark path is really problematic in game.

Actually the higher rep you gain with them the less points they take away. So it's the conversations that matter most like when interacting with other npcs and even them.

The problem was that I couldn't even break 300 affection pts for my companions. In one case I choose a dark side option that caused my companion to give me -120 affection pts. After reaching lvl 22 and my affection is only 300 pts to the good for my companions I decided to create the toon over, it wasn't hard as I'm already at lvl 14 with one days play time.

Hey guys.

Two things I've run across lately have me confused here on the site. I've used a lot of forums before, even installed and run a few myself, but this one has me completely flummoxed. :(

A questions I do have though is this:

Jazmine has something like 3600 Light Point and 600 Dark Points, my alignment states 3000 (estimate), would I need 400 more points to become light 3, or 1000 points? I would think the latter, but I'm just not sure.
