I would like to join but want to make sure I have the thought process right. This is for fun and not a hardcore team right?

If this is just for fun and the adventure of pvp with guildmates I'm all for it.

If this is a hardcore team and we are expected to perfect and never make mistakes then I'll have to pass as I've stated earlier I'm horrid at pvp and don't want to hold the grp back.

We are still working hard to get the events planned. It is taking a bit longer as the new officers settle into their roles and we are also trying to make sure that we provide a good balance of fun and exciting events for both the Republic and Imperial side.

As soon as we have any information of the upcoming events we will make sure to post them to allow members time to see them. Until then I still encourage anyone with any ideas/request/suggestions to post as we love to hear what people want!

Any update on these events? I've been peaking into the events section for KoS and it looks pretty empty.

Well, I certainly don't plan on being goaded into an altercation, so I will be closing hailing frequencies in those types of situations.

From what I've heard, Mattachine Fleet use to be TMT Fleet, which was started by a previous member of Stonewall Fleet. I'm not sure who Sable is or even if Simale is still running the fleet. I've tried reaching out to Simale before, but I've only gotten my hand slapped. We've invited them to participate in our pride celebrations, but they don't come.

Yeah, I saw this post yesterday. I am so excited! I am not sure if I will make this my main ship (not quite liking the turn rate). Loving the universal ensign and lt. cmdr bridge officer slots.

I think a sci officer would feel at home in this ship since it still offers some decent science console space and room for sci officer abilities

STO's 2nd Anniversary event starts on Feb 2 (that's a week from this Thursday), which will also see the release of the long-awaited Odyssey-class starship. They just released some of the specs, here:

However, the big news is that the Anniversary weekend will feature an event where any character at Level 5 or above will be able to acquire the ship for free. The ship cannot be operated until the character reaches Vice Admiral, but they can get it at pretty much any time and just wait until they reach VA.

Alright guys, Mattachine fleet used to be called TMT. When I started looking for an LGBT Fleet I found Stonewall and TMT, and really the deciding factor was I liked Stonewalls website better.

When I first joined Stonewall we had just done a Fleet vs Fleet event-which I enjoyed. I suggested that we should do an event with TMT.

I was literally told (i dont remember who said it, as it was so long ago) to Shut up, not to bring TMT up-ever again or else. This is the truth. It took me becoming an Officer before I brought it up again.

I do not believe in secrets, however I do not believe that im in a position to explain the past. Suffice it to say that even new people in Mattachine go out of their way to provoke us, this I have experienced first hand.

Its sad, it sucks, and blows. I would love for our two fleets to atleast "not be openly hostile" but I know our officers have reached out to them, but someone was burned so badly so long ago that we get nothing except contempt.

Im sorry you experienced this, there are so few places for LGBTQIA's to feel like they belong that the 2 main fleets for us not getting along just hurts my heart.

My best advice is to just be cordial and sweet and do not react negatively if you possibly can-eventually it is my greatest goal to see our two fleets amicable to each other.

I'm sorry you have had an unpleasant experience with a member of Mattachine Fleet and you did the right thing not replying as you're probably not going to get anywhere.

I won't bore you with the long story (one of the other officers might be willing to fill you in) but basically a long time ago a few of our members split off after a disagreement. They formed a Fleet called TMT Fleet and has since changed names to the Mattachine Fleet.

I don't know the person in question and I have no idea if he was a member of Stonewall but, as I understand it, every attempt to bridge the gap between fleets has been rejected.

Probably best just to let it go and continue saving the federation.

It took place in a PUG, Cure Space to be exact. While he did successfully start a fight with another member of the PUG I stayed out of it, and then he just randomly said at the end of the group something to the effect of "Good Job everyone, even the Stonewaller". I asked him what that meant. He then said it was "Sarcasim" (sic,). After I asked him what I did to him, and telling him to at least spell his insult correctly, he said that Stonewallers are all alike, rude as hell, and can't take a joke. I didn't reply to that as he obviously was a bit irrational, but just found it curious that he felt the need to troll a fight with someone who literally couldn't have been nicer during the PUG.

What kind of potshots are we talking about (no need to repeat them of course)? I have never heard of him, but that is just because I am still new.

Did he just randomly come up to you in-game and start talking to you or were you in a PUG for STF?

Had a run-in today with an extremely testy, and rude, player named Sable from the Mattachine Fleet. He took a couple of potshots about us "Stonewallers", totally unprovoked I might add, that suggest a history. Is he a disgruntled former member or something?

Time to start farming level 50 flashpoints and operations for the mats required for the purplz gear, like the Rakata armor set.

I looked through the threads here *my searching skills can be weak* and didn't see any mention of it. I ask because after being on the swtor site there is a group called Stonewall Council that is 18+ recruiting and the post was by a member from here. Is this another sub group or a break off guild?

friday evening, the 27th, i want to tentatively try to get a few people and mess around with grouping for pvp. if anyone is interested let me know, and let me know what times are best for you.

for now, i have stopped leveling my main toon Hilt, so that i can pvp through the 40s and not get stuck in the 50 bracket yet, until then i will probably focus mainly on leveling my sawbones and sage. for pvp times i will jump to hilt.
