I'm on the east coast in SC, and I have no troubles whatsoever. I'm almost always pegged out on the latency meter in-game.

Bounty Hunter is an Imperial class so you would need to /cjoin LOS and ask for an invite on Imperial side, Seannewboy. :)

Has this been done, i just rolled a BH and need to join a guild, would that be LOS or SOS?

I'm Tsar from Orlando, FL area and I just made VA so I decided it's time to start playing with a Fleet. Played CoH, AoC, WoW, GW and TR and a few other regrettable MMOs. But this one actually seems like something I can stick with.

Really need help with my build though kinda just put points haphazardly where I needed it at the time and kinda regrets a few of those. So if any one know of a good DPS PvE Build show me the way.

Good to know that some other players create serious back stories. Most often when you click on characters in-game, those biographies are blank. Or they are only small, non-sensical blurbs of text.

I do it for most of my characters that have in game bio sections. I sometimes get some compliments on them, too. :)

I've done it for a couple of mine, but not all of them. You can check out my Meet the Boffs post to see some of the story lines for my main is. :P

Also, there's the amazing Strength from Diversity and The Stonewall Resistance fanfiction that's the fleet's backstory.

I found out about this guild in the early days of STO. I searched on the forums for a gay-friendly guild, and everyone here seemed, well, gay and friendly. But I had also seen them in-game and had grouped up with members before that on different missions. That's really what made me check Stonewall out on the forum.
