Generally when you are dealing with other games, they usually end up barely getting noticed at all, however as a long time Guild Wars 1 player, ArenaNet has a habit of advertising useful or overly popular websites at times too and the community is great for spreading information around especially on the guild wars fan sites.

It would be worth adding us to the list since we are a PvX guild as well. But, I think we should probably wait regardless once we know where we are gonna be of course as well.

Interesting episode, and decent advice on the using the trading post, lol some of the information is a little off concerning drops, at least from my own experience but very decent advice.

Please be advised, that due to the technical challenges of implementing an event of this size and scope, your hosts will be unable to allow anyone to join the event, after it has started. For this reason, we ask that everyone planning on joining us for the event, arrive at the Stonewall fleet starbase (interior) at the scheduled event time.

Additionally, please be advised that the use of Transwarp abilities will not be permitted during the event. This measure is being taken in order to ensure that those people who have high ranking characters don't have a sweeping advantage over those who don't have access to those abilities.

I'll just echo that 30 points is a pretty big time investments, but it is possible with one campaign.

Here is a guide to 30 HoM point through various strategies.

i like how they have the descriptions or "labels" under each server, would be great to see "unofficial lgbt server" under one, but then again, it could be an open invitation to harassment

I saw this a little while ago but I kind of tossed it aside. Sites like this never seem fit for purpose (to me anyway) They list thousands of guilds and most of them will never have enough members to make it off the ground.

Within the first year I bet over 75% of the guilds on that website no long exist (or are in maintenance mode, so to speak) and thus it eliminates his usefulness. The best way to find guilds is searching through guild recruitment forums. Because people tend to bump threads of the guilds that are still alive.

But I guess it wouldn't do any harm adding us to the list, what do you all think?

there's a new website out there thats essentially a compendium of all the guilds. should we look into posting on here? it's a fresh site, but evolving quickly apparently.

Patience.... patience...I know it's difficult just sitting here waiting but it will build your character. LOL

I'm sure the Staff wants to make sure we all end up on the same server just as much as we do... my faith lies in that fact.

The investment is rather time consuming and to get the 30 points you do need the other campaigns, but you can get it without ever touching pvp at all. saving your cash and materials for armor and weapons.

Outside of solving the builds once you're deeper into it, its still a good 1-3 months of time (depending on your schedule) to get 30 points. Getting speed runs done from other guilds and players do help greatly if you can afford it.
