I know this is going to sound anathema to most in this guild, but I'd be down to play WOW again with a group as terrific and fantastic as this! Raiding option?

I played Aion when it first released and really enjoyed it! Unfortunately, I have such an old version of the game now that whenever I try to patch it now, it gets a few hundred megs into it before crashing. I can't get nearly close to completing the patch.

I bought the game's soundtrack a long time ago - beautiful environments and music!

The Ice Cube: A four part mini-series

January 20 2013
Hi. Some of you may know me as Forest or Cricket in game.

The Ice Cube: A four part series.

A highly detailed account of your discovery of a new species. You discover a completely bizarre Borg cube buried a kilometer under the ice. This cube is ancient and yet here it is, right on Earth's doorstep. There is mystery, and a great deal of danger here.

These missions are fairly long, so bring a few drinks and settle in for the night. This is Borg themed, but playable at any level. There are player tips from you friendly storytelling guide, the 'Fairy Borg Mother'. She will help new players with general tips for space combat, ground warfare, specialist corridor fighting, and help out with general tips and tricks along your journey. Part three is optional, but highly recommended for those who find the storyline compelling.

Themes include mystery, treachery, trust and betrayal, and a good dose of sci fi horror in part 2.

Will you survive the nightmare that is "THE ICE CUBE".

I really can't focus on more than one MMO at a time. I of course play STO. But about once a month I want to switch things up and play Lord of the Rings Online. I play a Hobbit on there, and the Shire is such a relaxing game environment, the art and music are so lush and beautiful, it's more of a vacation than a game for me. I'm not in a guild and I don't think I will be.

MMO'S

January 20 2013
hi guys, i read back in the forum about other games people play, i dont want to revive like 6 threads from almost a year back so i will start a new one.

hope everyone doesnt mind, i have a few games posted back in the past here that i still play now and again and i would be happy to meet anyone still interested in these titles, if they are still on and would like to meet up to work together and such please let me know.

i know Stonewall are in TSW, STO, SWTOR & GW2 but as i still play a few other titles when i have the time, i think it would be a real nice idea to meet up with dear stonewalls members!! :)

Aion - Spatalos - 5, 55+ Charcters (still enjoy it!)
Secondlife - born 5 years ago ( owned many businesses though real boring alone)
Tera - F2P Soon, love the game just again very boring alone.

if anyone would be interested in meeting up in any of the above, shoot me a message.

Thanks

EA has announced that SimCity’s beta will take place from January 25th through 28th. The beta will allow players to experience “a one hour slice of the game” and registration is currently open.

“It is always an exciting moment to share a game that is still in development with its biggest fans prior to launch,” said Maxis general manager Lucy Bradshaw. “This beta will help the team improve the live service aspects of SimCity to ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience at launch. I want to thank everyone for signing up - we are excited to share one of our most beloved franchises with our fans.”

Updated times to 7 PM and 10 PM EST. We will see how that works out and make adjustments as needed. 7 Seems good to coincide with the daily resets.

Though I understand that it will be difficult to establish a set time schedule with people playing from all over the planet, for right now, we should focus on a time frame that will at the least be accommodating to the US (East to West Coasts(3hr difference)). Later, once we have more participation, we can expand on this and have Officers for the different time zones running at different schedules... that way, if someone can't make 1 they can make another... or perhaps be kept busy all day, if they so choose. But, since this is a pilot program we need to start off walking before we run.

If there are no requests for additions or modifications to the list and times our first event will take place as listed this Friday at 6 AM and 6 PM.

Events will begin 6 AM and 6 PM EST Daily and last as long as necessary (Generally 1-2 hours

For Me & Posidius located in PST zone unfortunately both of these times are almost impossible for us. First would be 3am for us and the other is 3pm in the afternoon when there is too much going on either with work or dinner and stuff.

If the times were 9am and 9pm EST then at least we could try and wake up at 6am and the other one 6pm should give us enough time to get daily life stuff out of the way and log on. :)

I'm glad that you're happy with the signature! I will also email you a version that portrays your own ship, so that you can choose between the two different versions. This will take next to no time to swap out.

The reason I often opt to use a ship of similar design, is because by nature of being a screenshot, the quality is a little lower than some of the options I have available as substitutions.

Keep your eye on your email this morning, for the variant.

Edit: Updated signatures featuring your own vessel have been sent to your inbox. Feel free to choose from any of the originals or the variants!

Thanks again for your purchase!

Dave.

I am so close to lvl 50 myself. Sitting at lvl 47 as of yesterday and just started with the Voss so hopefully it should be just a handful more days before I got my first lvl 50 toon... that's assuming I don't get distracted leveling a different one.

This looks fantastic!

I had assumed that the actual screenshot of my ship would be used, but I understand now why it wasn't. It would have been nice if my ship's colours and material were used (I'm proud of my design,) but the result came out looking so good that I don't care as much. I also understand that customising the patterns, colours, and materials for every order would be adding a really big layer to an already intensive project.

I'm off to deposit my 250,000 now....

Hd 7770 is good enough for most games and I'm sure the 2.1-3.0 pci specifications are backwards compatible.

Jacien,

I'm currently running a 3.0 PCIe card in my 2.0 bus and haven't really had an issue so far. I have a 7850 running in the 990fx motherboard. Now I think about it I have yet to see an AMD motherboard with the 3.0 PCIe.

I will have to say you may need to totally uninstall your video driver and reinstall. I've had more issues with drivers than the cards themselves.

As far as running a different card with a different manufacturer chipset. The drivers may work more hand in hand when they are the same but if they follow the standard PCIe any card should work in any motherboard.
