No pics of me at work. But I work for a print shop in Salem, OR. My duties include:

- Graphic Design/Typesetting
- Pre-Press File Setup (Making sure everything is correct BEFORE it goes to press)
- Production Work (B&W and Color Copies/Printing)
- Production Ancillary Work (Bindery, Cutting, Folding, etc...)
- Customer Service (Email, Phone & Walk-In Customers)
- And various other cleaning/organizing duties.

It's a great job and the pay is good. I am most definitely underpaid for the amount of work that I have to do, but who's gonna quit their job in this economy?

That is really really handy i know myself and metatron are interested in completing NWS.
It is a shame it sets the bar so damm high that you need people with maxxed reps and specific ship setups to make it even possible.

I'm going to put together a guide and submit it into the next issue of the Stonewall Times. I've gathered a lot of information from the web (STO Wiki & YouTube, among other places) and hopefully this will help get everyone through one of the toughest things on STO. If anyone has any helpful hints, please don't hesitate to offer them! I want to make it as complete as possible.

For anyone interested, this Sunday, October 13th, I will be logged in for most of the day and will be running NWS as much as possible. Keep an eye out for me and let me know if you would like to take part. I encourage everyone to join me!

Side-Note: I have only PUG'd the NWS and (amazingly) have made it all the way to Wave 8, but not beyond. I really want to complete this crazy mission!

*UPDATE*
Sunday night, after running No-Win about 10 times (I lost count!) with various Fleetmates, we made it past level 8 and into level 9! I am fairly confident that with more practice runs we will finally be able to make it all the way through. Thanks go out to Aikune, Milmar, Metatron, Gerry Baboona, and everyone who participated with me (Sorry, I can't remember everyone's names off the top of my head!)

I will be hosting No-Win Scenario again on Sunday, October 20th - Sometime around 10am. Gear-Up, bring your Gravity Wells and Tractor Beam Repulsors and let's MAKE IT SO!

I looked this new expansion up on the SWTOR website and found out there isn't currently a charge for it, if you are a subscriber by Nov 1st, you will get the new expansion along with several unlocks and early access is scheduled for subs for Dec 3rd. Preferred status players get access Jan 14, 2014 and F2P accounts will be granted access on Feb 4, 2014 with only the basic flight suit available to them. Still not looking forward to having to participate in pvp to get access to the ground benefits but will just wait to see what they mean by "various gameplay modes" for some of the missions before I make a decision. :unsure:

Was really disappointed that Merlin ended so abruptly! Seems like Atlantis has some of the same showrunners and a similar premise. Atlantis won't give me back my weekly dose of the dreamy Colin Morgan, but maybe it's still worth a look-see??

Looks like it's going to be more along the lines of a KDF Battlecruiser with the ability to equip the cloaking device from the GalaxyX or Defiant Retrofit and will have a sweet projectile weapon. Oh and there will be a fleet version with alternate pylon configuration as well for Fleets with a Tier 4 ship yard.

We can only send out 75 emails every half an hour. With the 2,671 email address on the Times list, it takes sometime for all the emails to go out. It just hasn't gotten to you yet. There's about 600 emails left to process.

Well they did mention you will be able to use it to get gear for ground as well.

It looks interesting but I certainly hope the entire expansion isn't going to just involve a new pvp environment. Not sure sales will be what they're looking for if that's the case. :blink: I would hope there's more to the expansion than just another pvp environment although this will be a vast improvement over the existing one. I just know a lot of people that don't pvp at all (me for one) and if they choose to focus on only the one aspect of the game (as they have unfortunately done in past patches) they will be pushing many more people away than they draw back. We'll just have to see what happens but I hope they don't decide to beat any dead horses. :pinch:

I'm really exited. It looks fun. I do love the individual missions, but they're more arcade-style side games -- not really enough to hold the attention for long periods of time. This PvP will hopefully enhance endgame and provide a brand new challenge. Maybe it can even win over some of our STO brethren. ;)

Only time will tell once they release it out for people to try and test it out.
